Refund & Return Policy

1. Marketplace Nature

Salon Exchange Canada Inc. is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. Each seller is responsible for their own return and refund practices.

2. General Rules

• Products must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the seller is at fault.

3. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must:

• Accurately describe products
• Ship items securely
• Respond to return requests within 3 business days

4. Disputes

If a buyer and seller cannot resolve an issue, Salon Exchange Canada may step in to review the case and make a final decision.
