Supplier Agreement
This Supplier Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Salon Exchange Canada Inc. (“Platform”) and the Seller (“Supplier”).
Product Standards
Supplier agrees that all products listed are:
- Unopened
- Authentic
- Unexpired
- In original packaging
Pricing
Supplier sets their own prices. Platform may charge transaction fees.
Shipping
Supplier is responsible for:
- Packaging
- Shipping
- Tracking
- Timely delivery
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe and released to Supplier after successful delivery.
Compliance
Supplier agrees to follow all Canadian laws related to product safety and resale.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.
